This is a single room with extra space that will be yours. I have one dog that doesnt get along with other animals but loves people. Everything else in the house is communal. Parking is outside. Entry alarms system is valid. I live a peaceful life alone and just have extra space for someone who needs it. Rent is week to week and willing to do a lease longer than month to month with proper employment.
