Roommate wanted to share One BR 1.5 BA condo/townhome... - $1,500 - (Rye Brook, NY)

Looking for a professional female/male who is looking to share my townhouse indefinitely. Right now my 27 yr old son is still in the house but he will be moving out shortly. The house has 2 beds and a furnished attic. I'm renting the master bedroom with a private sink area & walk-in closet. The shower is shared but I shower mostly at the gymnasium. Townhouse is part of a private community with platform tennis, tennis courts, pool, workout room (in the clubhouse).
