I'm a Female looking for a good roommate to live in a nice older home. The room is available with additional living room area and private entry. Im an easy going person with few but strick rules. The bathroom will be shared. The house is located between Gainesville and Commerce right next door to a church, so no parties! We have a dog so to make things easy, no pets. I'm not looking for a boyfriend or best friend I just want someone to pay they're rent while enjoying the peace and peaceful this home brings.
