It's wood-floored all around the place, 1045 sf, spacious private bedroom and bathroom, in-unit cloths washer and drier, patio, multiple bus lines to UNC, two mils from UNC, shopping area across the street. I'm a 3rd-year graduate student in UNC, looking for a easy-going female roommate, preferably UNC student.
