Currently have a room for rent in 3 bedroom 2 bath house. House located in quiet neighborhood on the south side of Lafayette close to hospitals and shopping. You will have your own room and share a bathroom with another roommate. The bathroom has two sinks, so you will both have your own area. We pay our rent on time, so we expect our roomates to do so also. There is also a $200 refundable deposit providing the room is in the same condition as you found it. NO PETS, no overnight guests, and NO DRUGS! You will have access to the kitchen and living room area. All utilities included in the rent. You will also have access to a washer and dryer. The environment is laid back and drama free. Any questions will be readily answered. Please don't call me or text me if you don't have a job or means to pay the rent.
