Townhouse Next To The Babbling Brook - $600 - (Richmond, VA)

Hello Thank You for checking out my post. I'm looking to rent out part of my 3rd & 2nd floor townhouse.The monthly rent I'm asking for is $600 a month. That includes heating & air conditioning, water, electricity, hulu tv, nationwide phone service, wireless internet, microwave, refrigerator and a community pool that's 100 feet away. On the middle floor has a kitchen with a oven and a refrigerator, a dinning room that's 10ft by 20 ft and a living room that 10 ft by 10ft. The upstairs size room on the 3rd floor is 12 ft by 16.5 ft with a separate room for a bath and shower with also a room for a washer and dryer on the 1st floor. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe, private, friendly neat place to live in that overlooks a beautiful babbling brook in the back. Also I wanted to remind you I also live here in this townhouse. I also have a sweet female cat who walks around sometimes on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
