1 Private Bedroom Shared Bath in 5BR/3Bath - $900 - (San Jose, CA)

Hi There! We have 1 bedroom available for a single occupant. $900 a month, $1300 deposit. Utilities are split among the tenants (water, PG&E, internet/TV). Male or female welcome. No pets that isn't to be kept in a small cage or tank. It is a 5 bedroom house, but over the next few months we plan to only have 4 bedrooms active. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person (who travels rather frequently for work). Currently, we are 2 male and 1 female in our 20s and hitting 30. We all have some kind of Asian in us, but we are all definitely Americanized. We may have the occasional guests or significant others over sometimes--overnight guests are okay with us. We just ask you give the other tenants a heads up or a quick introduction so we aren't too surprised when we see them.
